No one says you have to love everyone he loves or knows, but do not fucking dare to hate on one of the very few visible gay relationships out there, not in this fandom.

Adam taking out his boyfriend on RED CARPETS is an important step, it has a huge impact on EVERYONE, not just this freaking fandom.

When you see a gay couple holding hands on the TV, you fucking clap, you don’t react by wishing his boyfriend would move back to Finland, Laurie, you don’t make yet another post about how Adam’s eyes aren’t smiling enough in your cray opinion, Janape, or you don’t fucking crop the boyfriend out of every picture wishing he’d never existed, prettyboyandthewolf.

you treat the relationship with the respect it deserves, because this is bigger than Adam or stupid fandom shit.

the fuck are you doing here, if when Adam talks about being in love, you get angry and hateful?! fuck your fav ship, your fanfics, try to look at the bigger picture here.

w/e your reasons for not liking Sauli are, whether you’re a cray tinhatter who believes Kris/Tommy are his true soulmate, one of the idiots who just want Adam for themselves, and try to dig up all kinds of shit on Sauli, or one of the morons who just thinks they know better what’s best for Adam and wish he’d pick someone else, even though THEY MAKE EACH OTHER HAPPY, this is all petty fandom bullshit, and when you see a proud gay guy talking about love and marriage and showing up to events with his partner- you put all that shit aside, you bite your fucking tongue and you clap.

bc there are still too many people out there who think that by doing that he’s “flaunting his perversion”, he’s “showing his gayness down people’s throats” etc etc.

and until that changes, don’t waste your fucking energy on shipping drama, you go and be proud of Adam’s openness, you support him being himself, and fight for his, and every other lgbtq person out there rights to be with and marry the person THEY love.
